This opportunity and responsibility allow for the pressure testing and validation of combative techniques being taught to our service members for real world application. Along with analyzing the totality of the circumstances of many events, he continues to focus on utilizing functional-based material that is effective and needed in the world of combatives.
He will present a unique aspect of defending against edged and blunt weapons as well as disarming the attacker in an overwhelming manner while creating as much personal safety as possible. As Balintawak practitioners, this material and mindset will significantly enhance our situational awareness and harden our tactical mindset.
